Private Event Security in St George
A ticketed private event connected to a pageant was taking place in St George, Ontario. A member of the committee responsible for the event’s security approached Northwest Security Canada.

- We equipped our guards both on the doors and within the venue with metal detectors to check for potential weapons and other threats.

Maritime Security: Guarding Ships in Toronto
Problem
We have been contracted by a large shipping company in Ontario with a fleet of over 600 ships. Their security issue stems from the proximity of some of the berths to the river in Toronto. This makes access easier, and less secure, and it introduces an increased security risk.
Solution
The company requested security guards stationed at the access point when they have a ship moored at these berths to check that anyone attempting to come aboard is authorised. We provide professional maritime security guards from before the ship arrives at the mooring until it leaves. The guards employ access control protocols to ensure that credentials and permissions are checked.
